I was looking to break up the monotony and get something different today, so i went with the szechuan bean curd from China King. It also came with carrots, onions, water chestnuts (gross) and green peppers. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't as good as the general tso's sauce. The vegetables also outnumbered the bean curd, so that was kind of a bummer too.
lol, the Sichuan sauce is more soy sauce based and is supposed to be spicy. It is not the garlicky, sweet and spicy sauce that is drizzled over General Tso's chicken... I find Orange Chicken and Tso's to have an unappetizing syrupy sauce, and would much prefer a more soy sauce based such as the Sichuan sauce. It is good that you tried something different though.
